Custom and Personalized Orders

Personalized and custom-made products are created according to customer-provided information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details before placing an order. The Pinocchio Workshop is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, dates, names, or design choices.

Custom and personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
