This wooden herb stripper is custom designed and could quickly herb leaves of kale, chard, collard greens, thyme, basil, rosemary, etc. Easy to use! Simply insert the stem, root first, into the appropriate sized hole and pull through. Includes 8 different sized holes. Holes sizes are varies from 3 mm to 13 mm.

The ends can be used to scrape the seeds from zucchini and other squash.
The long sides can be used to sweep off your cutting board into the pan or compost.
